About Us

Ripley House Middle School is an open enrollment public charter school that values the uniqueness of each student and embraces a personalized learning approach. Students are active participants in their learning, setting ambitious academic goals and strategically planning to achieve them with the help of deeply dedicated educators. Our program is anchored upon three major components:

  • One-to-one mentoring;

  • Real world project-based learning; and

  • Student self-direction.

At Ripley House Middle School, every student is well known and parents are encouraged to actively participate in our learning community. In addition to a rigorous academic curriculum, we offer a variety of clubs, intramural sports, and extra-curricular activities along with field trips and other opportunities to learn beyond the classroom walls.

Ripley House Middle Campus is a free open enrollment Charter School that offers grades 6th-8th. We are open to families in Harris County. Admission is based on a lottery system.
