About Us

With over 27 countries represented and 12 native languages spoken at home, Baker Ripley K-6 represents Houston’s cultural diversity. Found in Southwest Houston, Baker Ripley empowers students and families by equipping them with valuable resources, connections and education.

We celebrate our global leaders’ unique identities every day, as culturally responsive teaching is critical for student success. While all our global leaders have unique backgrounds, we unite together as a Cheetah Family striving towards rigorous academic goals. Our Cheetah global leaders are:

With a culturally responsive curriculum individualized to student needs – ALL classrooms have small-group instruction, bi-weekly data conversations, and technology to support further learning. Students, parents, teachers, and the Community Center are partners in the learning experience.

We are more than just a school, we are a community. On site, we have the largest free tax center in Harris County; Houston Metropolitan Bank to promote financial literacy to all neighbors; immigration lawyers to support all services; Adult ESL classes, Citizenship classes, and GED classes; and Legacy Clinic to ensure healthy living. At Baker Ripley K-6, we believe all global leaders in our community will have access and opportunities to succeed and achieve greatness!

BAKER-RIPLEY CHARTER SCHOOL CAMPUS IS ENROLLING K-6 TH STUDENTS

Baker-Ripley Charter School Campus is a free open enrollment Charter School that offers grades k-6th. We are open to families in Harris County. Admission is based on a lottery system.
