- Assistance from $1900 or $2112 depending the funds (County or City) you qualify for
- Assistance goes to the Landlord
- Landlords have to enroll, and then tenants apply for assistance

- Your Landlord is not enrolled?, you can still add your information to be considered. But the fastest way to apply, and if eligible get assistance, is with your Landlord being enrolled.
